Return/ Refund Policy

We do not accept returns in case of wrong selection made by customer.

We do not accept cancellation requests for pre-order items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the condition of the product delivered is not good.

No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post delivery. All customers are requested to check specifications/configuration requirements.

If product cancelled by user after couriered or In Transit, payment refund will be take 7 to 14 days.

Customer can contact respective service center for warranty support.

Our Return Policy is implied only where the product has defect or damage. Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer, will not be considered for returns.

 In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered post delivery of the product.

There is no cancellation of orders if order is shipped in any case.

In case of damage product, We require video proof of unboxing item. without video proof, product will not be valid for Return/Replacement.
